Hi everyone! I started WW in May 2011 and lost 76 lbs and was getting soooo close to my goal. For whatever reason I slacked off over the winter and spring this past year and regained 28 lbs.
I'm tired of paying for WW (no problem with the program-it works if you work it!) and decided to give SparkPeople a try.
I'm not completely sure of my final goal weight-I want to fit comfortably in my size 8s. I'm kindof thinking I want to lose around 40 lbs. I'm working toward getting back into the habit of hitting 300 exercise minutes a week. I want to run a 5k in under 30 minutes -even if it is just 29:59!!! I would like to complete a 10k as well.
I'm a stay at home mom and I homeschool my three children.
