June was off to a difficult start..birthday cookouts, a nice meal at a steakhouse for Fathers Day took it toll on my weight. Today I am re-commiting to losing 100 lbs. I know it takes time. I feel fat, bloated, low energy. How I wish there really was a "pill" so I could lose all that fat quickly, but I know there isn't, only plenty of false promises for products promising fast weight loss. I know-I tried many of them none of which worked for long term weight loss and I always regained back plus some. So here goes, just me, healthy eating and exercise. No pills, shots, herbals, propritary blends, or any other false promise.
