Hi Mary-

I am glad that you have joined SparkPeople! It is a great place to track your goals. I find it so much easier to reach my goals when I am tracking them everyday, and I feel like it holds me more accountable. Good luck with the continued weight loss... hopefully I will be able to report acheivements like you soon!

Hi Annie! I too am trying to drink plenty of water. I find I do much better at it when I am keeping track of how much I drink. I tried it without and would tend to just space it off, but when I know I am going to be tracking it I tend to drink more deliverately. Hope that makes sense.

Hi! My name is Annie and I am a SparkPeople employee. I have worked at SparkPeople Service for about 2 months and I love it. We are working on lots of different programs and special projects to help the community.

I am using Goal Pilot and I have been participating in the Fitness Adventure and I feel better than I have in a long time!

Outside of work, I love to cook and hang out with my friends and family. I also enjoy being outside and playing or watching sports, especially volleyball and basketball.
