I am glad that you have joined SparkPeople! It is a great place to track your goals. I find it so much easier to reach my goals when I am tracking them everyday, and I feel like it holds me more accountable. Hi Annie! I too am trying to drink plenty of water. I find I do much better at it when I am keeping track of how much I drink. I tried it without and would tend to just space it off, but when I know I am going to be tracking it I tend to drink more deliverately. Hope that makes sense. Mary
