Hey guys,

I've been off and on on SP for years, and generally personify yo-yo dieting. In the last thirteen months, though, I kind of got it together, lost 40 pounds and got significantly healthier. I'd still like to lose another thirty, though, and between reaching the halfway point (it's amazing how demotivational it is to be halfway) and life events, my eating habits have slipped, I've lost a lot of my muscle, and I kind of feel like I'm back at square one - I'm not, I've only gained back four pounds of what I lost, but I want to be healthy (and healthier) again. So I'm back!
