Hey,
I also have a negative body image. It's because I really can't see my size/shape. (In my mind I don't look like I weigh what my ticker says. It's the whole distored body image thing.)

Thank you everybody. I really enjoyed the second quote in particular. I feel guilty a lot about always posting negative comments on spark, but I think it is because I am always freaking out because I have a negative body image. Hec, I am debating if I can have frozen yogurt because I had one cupcake for dessert a couple of nights . Ah well. Mabye one day I can look in the mirror. Thanks again everybody, I will try my very best.

I completely understand. I used to have anorexia/bulimia for 3 years before I decided to get help, and I'm so glad I did. I often wish that I had the willpower now like I did back then, but to use it in different ways. It's hard to shake the mindset of an eating disorder...I haven't purged in over 2 years, but I still get the urge to sometimes.

I am looking at pro-ana sites again. Used to be one. Don't get me wrong, I dont want to go back, I just wish I had the same control as I did back then. Wish I was skinny and pretty too but your not going to see that happen. Don't have to reply. Just here.
