My mom has high blood pressure, so im trying to take care of myself. I dont even like the taste of salt though, so its not hard for me to avoid it either.

Sodium can be such a hard thing to tackle for some. I know, for me, just reading those labels was an eye opener.

I already avoid sodium in my foods and dont add salt or salt containing seasonings to my meals. I eat frozen vegetables instead of canned and try to eat as clean as possible to avoid processed foods. Good challenge though.
