DIANNEMT, if you use the Nutrition Tracker, you can work a piece for that scrumptious sweet potato pie into your daily numbers. Whenever I want to "splurge" on such things, I plug in the numbers, make them fit, and ENJOY!
Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will". You are now ready to succeed. Let's go.

Check you out -- you are awesome! There are things better than pie (I'm glad you got to have some though). Keep up the good work!

Hubby loves me--but brought home a small sweet potato pie cause he knows I love it. He also knows I'm on a NEW lifestyle and don't want that around....Well--I have had 2 little pieces in the 5 days since he brought it--and I am NOT having one now. I did have one as a treat for going to the workout--and the carbs I needed after the workout. I'd LOVE to have another or even better--just finish it!! But I won't--my mouth wants it--not the rest of me!
So--off to shower instead! Hopefully, my mouth will forget about it.....
