Some quick background info: I have suffered from eating disorders my whole life. Ranging from anorexia to obsessively exercising to binging. I have also developed a herniated spinal disc due to the obsessive exercise. As much as I miss my old body, I know I can't go back to the way things were but I would like to lose some of this binge weight. I'm doing a fitness class 3 times a week, its pretty intense because its circuit/hiit based and on the days I workout I think how could I ever want to workout more than this!? But then on my rest days I get that 'ewwfat' feeling so I just walk my dog/stretch. I'm eating about 1200 calories on my rest days and 1400 on the days I exercise. I weigh 140 lbs and am 5'3. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
