Doing any workout too much can lead to it being less effective... as we work our bodies, they get BETTER at working, and become more efficient, so eventually your calorie burn will drop as your body gets more efficient at doing the moves.
So do plan to shake it up a bit, and add more variety to your workout!

I'd say you answered your own question--you feel great & are seeing results, so it's not too much!
I workout every single day, 7 days a week--the cardio wakes me up & loosens my muscles & makes me feel better physically, emotionally & mentally!
I only lift weights 3 times a week, however--that's what my body needs recovery time for...healing the muscles after I lift.
Exercise is like a magic panacea--it really changes your life! Keep up the great work!

I do Coach Nicole's six minute butt blasting video nearly everyday (http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitne ss_articles.asp?id=727). Is that too much? I have had excellent results and feel fine.
