Do you have this problem with other exercises too? I can't really do exercises that require me to lift my head off the floor without my hands behind my head. I think I've got a weak neck, but it's always been an issue for me.

Yes, you are. I am not a pilates expert, but if you are in pain, then your form is incorrect. Can you find a pilates instructor to teach you how to correct your form?

HI. I was doing the pilates video and I noticed that whenever we have to lift our head and not the back from the floor my neck hurts. I cannot hold it for a long time. It feels like I am putting a lot of pressure on my neck. I have done the pilates exercise video many times and every time I have the same problem. My neck hurts for a long time after the workout. I am doing it wrong?
