I agree with Dragonchilde - update your Spark Exercise Goals (accessible from the LH side of the Start page) with your weekly burn of 4800-6000 calories, and see what intake it recommends.

Also, I am not sure that what you are doing is necessarily the most effective or efficient way to train. Rather than going for very long workouts, I would recommend cutting your time but lifting your intensity. Getting your heart rate higher will create more health and fitness benefits.

And used the time saved to add some strength training to your program. A program that includes BOTH ST and cardio is more effective at fat loss than one that relies on cardio alone.

Wow, that is a LOT of working out. Why so much?

It's not so much that you're necessarily working out too much (although honestly, you may be.) It's that you may not be eating enough to support that level of activity. If you're getting the warning on your page that you may be burning too much, it's because you're significantly exceeding the amount you entered into your fitness settings.

YOu'll need to go in and enter an approximate weekly calorie burn (4800-6000 a week) to get the amount of calories you need. You will (and should) get a higher calorie range.

But honestly, that kind of working out is excessive, and not necessary. What are you doing to burn that much?

Here's an article you'll want to read about overtraining and the potential negative side effects:

I am currently working out 6 days a week for about 2.5 hours a day. I burn anywhere from 800-1000 calories per workout. I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle at home being a housewife and student so I figured this type of workout was not a big deal but now I am scared to jinx my weight loss. How do I know if I am burning too many calories? I currently am consuming around 1400-1500 calories a day. emoticon
