As long as you stick within your ranges (both for calories and nutrients), yes, you're fine. Sounds like you're doing great!

Hi,

So after two jam packed days I decided for the rest of the week to try and eat on the mid to lower range of my calories. Is this okay to do? Also, I ate within range of all my other nutrients (carbs, protein, calories) but almost hit the max of my fat. Is this problematic? I'm just trying to learn how to eat my calories and consider all the factors.

Thanks.
