never heard of it, but I just do the 80/20 rule. Make 80% of your diet healthy and filling, and allow 20% of whatever you crave and love. And of course, keep at calorie range for losing weight.

I don't follow any "program" per se,

But I do live by the mantra of "eating what i love and loving what i eat!"

I could never make a lasting change if losing weight entailed eating things I disliked and getting no enjoyment or satisfaction out of my food!

I have the book "Eat what you love and love what you eat" by Michelle May, M.D. I LOVE this program and don't DIET now, I eat what I want and exercise and I don't weigh myself daily like I used to.. My clothes are getting looser and I feel great. I track my exercise here and I just live through my day without so much focus on food... and diets.. Anyone else work this program?
