What about some kind of soup? I made a "chicken pot pie" soup this past weekend that had 25 g of protein per 1.5 cups (I built in the tracker). The carbs were high at 37 but that's mainly because of the potatoes that could easily be left out or reduced, I didn't find that they added much to it. I used 1.5 cups of chicken broth instead of the bouillon she mentions, and think I had a little less than 16oz of chicken.
