Wow, fantastic! Muscle really is more compact but heavier than fat! I have not been the biggest exerciser but on this program I have exercised daily for almost 7 months and am amazed at how much slimmer I am at a heavier weight than I was on past diets. So weighing 10 pounds more than last time the skinny jeans that were snug then are loose now. Weird and wonderful!
You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.

Fantastic news! I am so glad for you.
Just keep on keeping on and you will be amazed at what you can do. Those last pounds will just melt away.

So, after an appointment with my Max Muscle nutrition consultant, I took a look at the numbers and realized that although my goal weight of 126 is in the mid-range of a healthy BMI, I'm apparently more muscular than the average woman after all that strength training. So much so that my lean muscle mass is 7 pounds MORE than my initial goal weight. So I did some math and figured out that if I assume my lean muscle mass stays the same and I get my body fat down to 15%, that would put my weight at 158 pounds.
It's going to take some getting used to, but my new goal weight is now 158, which is only 9 pounds away and is SUPER awesome because my OLD goal weight was 41 pounds away!
