Well, I started Spark June 20, 2010 at 247 (my heaviest) and since have lost 50-55 lbs which mostly came off by Dec 20 2010. I have lax out since, but maintained my weight...and working out. Today, I started back logging my nutrition and paying more attention to my water intake. Originally, my goal was to reach 165 by June 20, 2011. Oh well. This year is my 20th high school reunion. I know that I have achieved a lot already and am proud, but I am not at my goal. I would love to get to 160 lbs at least or 145 which is my norm. BMI. CRAZY~ My new goal is to reach the end of my loss by Dec. 20, 2011 (since it originally took me 6 months to lose the first half). I have a few questions for you all. Do any of you suffer from genetics? My family is all "big framed" and tend to be on the heavier side. I know that some is bad habits and some is just the way life is dealt. I ask because, I wondered if we just hit plateaus when we are at a certain weight because of this. I look great at 197 ish, but would feel much better at 160 or so. I am doing interval training mostly with some other workouts, like kickboxing, zumba, walk at home, ect. Any other encouragement would be greatly appreciated. :)
