I finally FINALLY reached 169 lbs. I'm 1 pound away from being within the "Healthy" BMI category for my weight/height.
I've been constantly watching my calorie range/intake and exercise for almost 12 weeks. I didn't feel like I was seeing "enough" results, until I realized I've been losing almost a pound each week.
I'm so proud of myself, but I'm nowhere near finished. I need to reevaluate my goals and set some goals for strength... and continue to make this journey a lasting one.
