Like I just told another person, I find that at night I am hungry out of boredum. Sounds like you got it down with chewing gum. Sometimes I drink a glass of water or just give in and eat a healthy snack like a fruit of veggie.

Working hard to track my food and exercise. Nighttime is the hardest I really like to snack and watch TV in the evening. Been chewing Extra Dessert gum alot it seems to help.
