I just found it's a website that lets you enter what your allergic to and search for recipes that way. I haven't used it yet I'm looking at it myself as I also have food allergies. Good luck!

Don't use the garlic pepper. Use plain ole pepper.

Leave out the onion! emoticon Not sure about pimento but if you can't eat it, leave it out. If won't hurt the recipe.

FIVEFOOT2, wow, I had no idea. I love all of the items you are allergic to and I guess I just take them for granted. I did read the label and sure enough, there it was. Garlic and onions were also present in some of my other favorite seasonings, as well as Worcestershire sauce.

As for the Italian Breadcrumbs, sure, you can use the plain ones. But you can also add some spices to the plain ones, like a little oregano, basil, parsley.

I will keep looking through my recipe file for more recipes to post for you.

Thank you LDHAWKE for the three recipes! Unfortunately when I looked up the ingredients for the Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning, Garlic is listed Twice! emoticon so that particular ingredient is toxic to me.

Love love love the Orange Chicken recipe :-) it's actually a dish I prepare frequently Hint: I add a dash of orange extract & that really ups the flavor!

On the nuggets recipe - can't use Italian bread crumbs, do you think it'd be too bland with plain unseasoned bread crumbs??

Thanks for your thoughts! :-)

Thanks! This sounds really good. Where do you buy Korean Barbeque sauce? I've never seen it. It's been my experience that bottled barbeque sauce has onion and/or garlic in it :-( I'll try your recipe with my homemade sauce :-)
Thanks for sharing!

Please share recipes for main dishes with NO allium family (onions, garlic, leeks, chives, shallots) I am allergic!! Even a small amount in bottled condiments is toxic to me. So I am looking for recipes that have absolutely ZERO onions, garlic, etc. not even powder or dehydrated. If it's listed on the ingredients of a prepared food like say mustard or catsup, then I cannot use it.

Anyone else out there have this problem?

emoticon to everyone!
