stay away from alcohol. I gained big time when I was drinking all of the time. Now I have a drink about once a week, if that.

I still have a drink but not often, maybe a couple of times a month. I can't say it helps or doesn't help loose weight

Thanks, I am well aware of this article. I was just wondering if members would like to share if they have cut back or given up alcohol all together in order to reach their goals and how it affected their body. It's just a curiosity of mine.

How much weight have you lost since you gave up drinking, and if you recall, how long did it take for your body to start burning fuel as it should?
