Just watched the drs. and they say one cup (8oz) of beer is ok each day. I would suggest Molson Candian 67 (if it's available) it's only 67 calories of beer, 3% alcohol and goes down nice. Personally I like 1 glass of wine (white is my preference).

Unfortunately, No beer. It really is empty calories. If you do need that Alcohol, I would suggest switching to diet soda and 1oz of your favorite liquor - the calories are way lower. Otherwise, if the beer is necessary - low carb, light, etc.
