I do. Both of my parents are recovering alcoholics/addicts. When my dad was going through a rough time (He hadn't relapsed - Thank God, but we thought he was going to), I attended Ala-non and the people were WONDERFUL. I cried almost the whole time, and was so embarrassed, but everyone was so accepting. My first time there, a woman who was so generous, gave me her number on a piece of paper for whenever I needed to talk, AND she even called to check up on me and tell me about upcoming meetings!
Now that I'm older, I go to regular AA meetings with my parents, because I learn a lot from them. But as a teen, Ala-non got me through a lot.
