Hello ANANAINOHIO,

I am happy you like the idea of yoga. I am most grateful for the foundation and ongoing benefits I have found from yoga practice. The more I think about it the more perfect if feels for you. I do wish you speedy recovery and enriching balance through yoga. emoticon

You know I never thought of Yoga! Thanks so much for the suggestion! I want to do something while I'm healing.

It certainly sounds like a rough year, but I'm glad you're on the mend! I honestly think in this situation the best advice you can get will be from your doctor- they can give you suggestions for safe exercises you can perform much better than we can! I wish you the best of luck.

This past year has put havoc on my body. Last year I had to have my gall bladder out and it took a while to recover from that. This year I got a chest scan because they thought I had pneumonia and ended up having lung cancer. Had my lower left lung removed June of this year and it's been what I consider a slow recovery. I try to walk on the treadmill. I can get up to maybe 10 minutes now. I can't do any exercises using my left side, as being able to keep up with the right. I also have asthma, copd and an autonomic disorder. Can anyone suggest a work out plan that I can do that can get me in shape, but will take all my craziness into consideration? I can't find anything.
