I have a horrible time with this! It usually requires a cup of something mildly caffeinated to get me through!

I can tell you that my significant other has some stomach problems and this happens to him every meal no matter what. try eating small amounts of lighter food...and if you are eating alot of turky it has i think tryptophan? which induces sleep...

It might be the food you are eating. Try eating veggies and fruits. That should give you energy

It seems that every day about an hour after I eat lunch I get super sleepy! Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? It seems to be better now that I've cut breads and grains from my lunch meal but I'm still feeling it.
