I have been away from sparkpeople for a while. I have had a few procedures over the last 2 years, and I have had a hard time getting mentally "back on the horse". Well, I have saddled up, and had my first real workout since all of the surgery craziness started. I am extremely sore today, and it feels great! Today the soreness and getting back in touch with my Spark People community has made making good nutrition choices easy. This is only day 2, so I hope I'll have more good news in a couple of weeks.
