I too have been here a few yrs but have never moved past the 1st stage. I don't mind though because i have never been consistant and that is a problem I have with everything. When your ready, your ready. Good luck!

It is your decision. If you feel comfortable moving around the site, and you are consistently meeting your goals, go for it!

One thing about changing diet stages, is that you can always change "back" if you feel you made the move too soon.

I was wondering the same thing, I haven't met my three small goals consistently so thinking should I stay on it a little longer-only done 1week though , should I see stage 1 thru another week and try to get the goals going everyday?

I have had a sparkpeople account for ages and still haven't moved onto stage 2 because I haven't though I have used it consistantly and really worked at it enough yet. I think if you feel ready then do it!

I think it depends how much time you have to learn your way around.
If you know how to use the food tracker and the nutrition tracker & have your goals established - I would move on. I don't remember if spark tells you to. I think it depends on whether you are signed up for all the emails,

Paula,
At the end of your two weeks, you should receive an email giving you the option to move on to stage two. If you would like to move sooner, you can change your "Diet Stage" from your page that opens up when you first login.

Here is an overview of Stage One:

Great job on finding your consistency. I wish you all the best as you move to stage 2!

Hi there! I have been a member for 2 weeks now, and doing fairly well. I seem to be settled in, losing, and managing my small goals fairly consistently. Does Spark people tell me when to move to the next level? Is it a time line ie: 2 weeks? Is it when I feel ready?

Thx, Paula
