I found that most of the stores carry the narrow bench now...and I wanted the longer bench from the early 90's I guess ;) I went on craigs list and found one for $15.

I am a coach for Beachbody and the company's bench for Les Mills Pump is the long one...but goes for $99...which was a bit I went outside the company (EEEK!) to buy mine. dont tell... They seem to be hard to find and expensive when I did find the ones I wanted. I actually can get a discount now and get it for $ if you prefer the long bench as I do and get desperate, contact me and I'll see if I can use my discount and also have it shipped to you.

I'll try that, I have a sports authority near too. No shipping involved! :)

I'd just check out the ones at your local sporting goods store or somewhere like Wal Mart or Target. They probably have weight limits on the package.

Today - I'm starting gel shots in my knees and hoping I won't have any activity restrictions.
I'd like to get back to doing step aerobics (on the lowest height - no risers!)

Any suggestions what step aerobic bench I can buy that will:

Support 250 -275 lbs (I'm 235 lbs ) and would love to be 160 - that's my goal.
Cost $30 - 60
