I'm not one into fad diets...But I did switch to drinking the spark instead of drinking monsters/redbulls etc through college and I loved the little boost it gave me :)

No ... and be prepared for the responses you may receive. Many folks here do not believe in taking weight loss supplements.

I know that weight loss should be with diet and exercise, but sometimes, a helper doesn't hurt. A friend of mine was having trouble losing weight for months, and decided to try some of Advocare's products. She saw amazing results! She looks fantastic! Anyone else seen good results with these products?
