Hey everyone, so im planning on starting P90x3 tomorrow. Im 5ft7 and was weighing 190 but considering the christmas season im pretty sure i weight more than that currently.Really need to get back into shape and in great health. My increasing weight gain is begining to make me depressed. I'm very bottom heavy and slimmer at the top, kinda like a pear shaped person. I know its either gonna be the classic or lean calender but im not sure which one will work best. I really want to loose the added fat but i understand how important it is to build muscle as well and considering my frame i think building muscle is important. What should i do
