I have not tried the programs you listed. I do make a smoothie for breakfast almost every morning and I eat frozen meals along with a variety of fruits and vegetables (always one salad a day). I only keep snacks in the house that are a healthier option such as Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches and their candy. I am on a strict budget being a single gal and so far it is working.

I want to lose weight and so far so good but I've had people from herbalife and shaklee approach me about their weight loss kits. Can anyone advise if they have tried the meal replacement shakes by either and if they tasted good and/or worked? Anyone taken bee pollen supplements and did they work? If so, which ones?
