I have blogged in detail about what is going on so I don't have to take up space here..
For those that your kids, teens are joining you in your weight loss journey or adventure and its a family matter, just not a me matter...what things are you doing or how did you start with them?
My daughter has requested and she WANTS to do this with me.. I have not pressured her or forced her into it, so I feel my main block is completed with her... but its the next step I am not so sure of doing and I am not thinking there are any guidbooks out there that say, hey, do this or that.....my daughter is just now joining in as a matter of fact yesterday, we had that talk so today is a do day for both of us...it is like I am starting over so I feel more pressure of accountability and more of a protective matter, but I don't want to be "naggy" because I know I can be LOLOL, but I want her to experience to be a positive outlook for her and that this doesn't have to be a bad thing but it can be a fun thing to learn and do and it doesn't have to be a deadly thought but I know I have to teach her things I have learned which will be a fun part.
What suggestions, tips, advice do you have for me? Thanks in advance
