Hi, could anyone advice about Aerobic and Anaerobic on
- how to do them properly?
- how to combine them in workout routine either in one session/day or different sessions/days to get the benefits (strengthen heart and lungs and also develop stronger muscles)?
- does warm up and cool down part of Aerobic and Anaerobic workouts?
- when do you check your heart rate - in the middle of the workout or by end of workout/cool down or after you stretches?
I read some articles in SparkPeople and other websites but I still need some tips on how to use the knowledge to help with my workouts.
