Thank you, I just wanted to make a 3 lb adjustment, 3 lbs more is 3 lbs I didn't lose. I can't wait til I can record my first entry. i love having the ability to track so many things.

In Step 1 on your Start page on the left side you'll see a "Track Weight" button. Under it is a link to edit your goals. Click there and from that page you can change your starting weight.

Hi there everyone I am new to Sparkpeople and was wondering.... before I enter my first weight loss, is there away to change the starting weight? I am eager to know so that I can start tracking weight loss. I'm afraid if I start entering that data, that I won't be. Thank you.
