I had learned that, when choosing breads/cereal, look for whole grain and make sure that a serving has at least 3 grams of fiber. Fruits and vegetables have 3 grams of fiber per serving.
I like to cook OAT BRAN, not oatmeal for breakfast as oat bran has 5 grams of fiber.
It might take a little longer to cook on the stove (which I prefer), although you can microwave it, but be sure to stir it a lot or it'll be lumpy.
Soy milk - Soy Slender to be exact, is tasty - the vanilla has 3 grams of fiber and the
chocolate has 4 grams of fiber.
