Thank you, Becky. I was a bit on the not-so-happy end of things when I saw the amount of sodium and things.

Make the marinade and measure the amount.
Now, measure the amount that remains and is not consumed.
The difference is the amount that should be used in your recipe tracker.

I added my marinade to the recipe center and it showed some really high numbers on some not so good things to have high numbers on.

I put in all ingredients, but not all ingredients will be eaten.

How can I put the ingredients in and get an actual measurement of nutrients?
