You can do that by doing the following:

Go to the fitness section
Use the menu button on your phone to pull up several options--
"add exercise via search"
"add exercises from favorites"
"add custom cardio"
"add custom strength"
Select "Add custom cardio" or "add custom strength" depending on which you would like to add.
You can then manually enter your exercise.

Hi Fellow Sparkers!
I just got my FIRST smart phone, a Galaxy s4. Still trying to figure everythig out and was hoping someone could answer a question for me.
I downloaded the app for Sparkpeople. And I see where you can add exercise from the list of MANY! But is there a place where you can add manually add your exercise like there is on the website??
Any help would be appreciated!
