I used to do vitamin water and the sparkling waters from the grocery store until I really read the label and saw how much sugar they put in those. Now you won't catch me buying them. I infuse my water. Find the flavors that you like-- citrus, apple, mint, etc. Put filtered water (because I don't drink tap), in a jug. Slice your fruits and veggies and other herbs and infuse the water for several hours. Delicious

Try ocean spray diet cranberry juice which has only 2 sugars...mix 4 ounces of cran and 4 ounces of water

Add fresh berries to water to flavor

Kettle brewed unswetened Black Tea at Trader Joes has no sugar...very strong..again mix half tea and half water....Black tea is bursting with health-promoting antioxidants, however if you are on blood thinning meds it could interfere withthe meds....Talk to you doctor first.

Drinking black tea could help you to burn your fat & will speed up your metabolism. Drinking black tea .... for oolong teas those who are looking forward to lose weight or those exercise regularly. oolong and green tea are good too cilled or hot..,

Stay away for the mio stuff....mio can cause an upset stomach, headache and dry mouth...why? Mio has artificial sweeteners that are harmful ...it has sucralose

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener. The majority of ingested sucralose is not broken down by the body and therefore it is non-caloric. It is actually SPLENDA. ADVERSE AFFECTS CAN ENLARGE THE LIVER AND KIDNEYS. Other reactions can include rash, muscle aches, reported cases of seizures, headaches, etc. Be careful with this product. Beside an artificial sweeten can stimulate their appetite, Dont believe me read Dr. Hymans book...
Dr Mark Hyman Says "Stop confusing your body. If you have a desire for something sweet, have a little sugar, but stay away from “fake” foods. Researchers found that the total food eaten over 14 days dramatically increased in the artificial sweetener group"

Thin slices of cucumber and some mint. This is my favorite refresher in the summer. If you let it infuse for a while it gets even better.

Any fruit gives it a nice little kick. I really like the HINT water that comes in many different flavors. Stay away from crystal light and stuff with artificial sweeteners because they do way more harm than good.

Because I can't drink straight water, I have to add some kind of flavor to it. I used to use the Mio stuff, but I've used it to much and now I've lost the taste for it. Does anyone else have any ideas for things to add to water? I'm making my conversion from pop for work to water for work.
