I use a fitbit and it definitely helped me become more mindful of how much I move during the day.

Thank you. I was looking at that one and Skechers has one that is a wrist band. I'm not sure which would be better.

There are quite a few different models out there. My best suggestion is to do your research. I ended up with a Fitbit One, but I did weeks of research before I bought. The Fitbit One was the best option for me.
