I just started to visit the clean eating team because I want to eat "clean." I'm not sure how active they are.

I recently joined "club canine" and they have been great (and active) so far. Not too big of a team, too - so you won't get lost amongst all of the discussion. Thought you might find it interesting since you have a dog!

Hi all
I've just come back to SP and found that most of the teams i was part of are pretty much inactive. I found teams and team challenges to be very motivating before and wondering can anyone recommend and good teams for me to join? A little bit about me, I'm 30, single, live in Ireland, have no kids, have a dog, used to run so trying to get back into it and enjoy lots of different sort of stuff. I only have about 10lbs to loose so my main goals are to do that and increase my health and strength. Prefer small to medium but active teams.
