Take a look at Spark's Limited Mobility Lifestyle Center, which has a number of seated workouts. www.sparkpeople.com/resource/limited-mobil

I was doing P90x, and injured my achilles tendon. The doctor wants me off of it for a week, and then I can start adding biking and swimming. Any great seated exercises anyone can recommend? I don't want to lose the momentum that I've had!
