I'll look in to PT. I was trying to avoid it, but it's definitely looking like that's the only way to go. Thank you for your advice!!!

I go to my physiotherapist, who uses a combo of Graston Technique and ART on my heals very quickly, I usually don't even end up missing a single workout.

I've struggled with achillies tendonitis in the past, so I know how frustrating it can be. Physical therapy was what helped me to heal. Have you talked to your doctor about it? Would PT be an option for you?

I've been battling achilles tendonitis for a while now. I'm am very active, between running, biking, and a lot of side sports such as basketball and tennis. I stretch and ice when ever possible and still can't shake it. Does anyone know of anything else I can do to relieve this pain? It flares up first thing in the morning and after I've been sitting or standing in one place for more than 10 minutes. And some days are worse than others.
