I've been battling achilles tendonitis for a while now. I'm am very active, between running, biking, and a lot of side sports such as basketball and tennis. I stretch and ice when ever possible and still can't shake it. Does anyone know of anything else I can do to relieve this pain? It flares up first thing in the morning and after I've been sitting or standing in one place for more than 10 minutes. And some days are worse than others.
