Oh my Nikki, this is something you need to discuss with your doctor. Because the type of injury and surgery varies from person to person--even those having a similar situation--only your doctor can tell you what is best for you. And an Achilles tendon repair is not a minor issue as you know, so it is best to get the advice from your doctor.

I wish you well!

Hi,

Has anyone had an achilles tendon repair or a similar surgery. I will be 1 year post injury on 2.29 and 1 year post surgery on 3.9. I continue to have quite a few limitations. Will I be wearing high heels again soon or be able to do a simple calf raise?

Thanks!!!

~Nikki
