I apologize if there is already a thread on this, but I pretty new to coming back to Sparkpeople and haven't been on much. I lost 25 lbs. on the site about 7 years ago and kept it off until about a year ago when the weight began creeping back on. I'm now looking to lose that weight again, but of course it's the worst time of year to start dieting! I keep trying and then thinking to myself, "oh, but I really want that piece of pie" (or whatever it is). What I think I need is an accountability partner to check in with weekly or however often the other person would like, touchbase on whether we've met our goals for that week fitness- and nutrition-wise, etc. I would ideally like someone who wants to reciprocate and have an accountability partner as well.
