Yesterday was a great day! I was able to accomplish my three Fast Break Goals.

1. Eat a Fresh Produce. I had a yummy apple for lunch

2. Active Outdoors. I played an hour of tennis with my husband. The weather was perfect.

3. Get up and Go Song. Elvis first thing in the morning got me going!
