If its strength, it would be minimal. If its cardio, look in the tracker for something similar. If you do a search, I know there's an article on SP about how to choose how to track.

I don't know if I'm asking this question in the right place or not but does anyone know how many calories you burn using the Jessica Smith Abs Diet Workout Video? I picked this up at the library and I am really enjoying it. The only thing is, I want to track my calories burned and I have no idea how many to add.
