Hi Brandy, and welcome back to Spark People. You can do this. Eat your fruits and veggies, lean protein, and try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Find some activity that you like and do it for at least 10 continuous minutes daily. If you like it, you are more likely to stick with it. You don't even have to go outside, you could put on your favorite music and dance or try some of the free videos on here. I wish you much success!!!
