It is next to impossible for someone just to look at you and determine what muscles need to be strengthen and what muscles need to be lengthened via the internet. It could be that this is how you are genetically supposed to be, however, only an in-person assessment will be able to determine this for you.

Hi all, I'm pretty new to this website, Requesting all the personal trainers to please advise me. I really have weird shoulder shape, all my friends & family have the normal shoulder shape but mine look raised all the time looks like close to ears, few make fun of me, I'm so upset , I'm now loosing confidence , Is there any workout for my problem at all? How do my shoulders like others.......PLZ Help.
