Hi all, I'm pretty new to this website, Requesting all the personal trainers to please advise me. I really have weird shoulder shape, all my friends & family have the normal shoulder shape but mine look raised all the time looks like close to ears, few make fun of me, I'm so upset , I'm now loosing confidence , Is there any workout for my problem at all? How do my shoulders like others.......PLZ Help.
