The difference between those machines is the word "Platinum", the word "Sport", and the price difference.

Abs do not need any specific focus at all, and if you do choose to focus on them, a plank is a perfectly functional and complete ab workout. No equipment is necessary.

People rave about all sorts of things. It's not possible for ab work to reduce tummy fat. Fat loss doesn't work that way.

Don't waste your money. None of those gimmicks work. they promise the world and don't do anything. Initially you may notice a soreness and some tightening, but in the long run you are better off not using one.

I hope I can get some response on this post today! I just recently went to a friend's house and she had a Ab Glider in her bedroom and she was saying it is the greatest thing ever! Does anybody have one or has anybody had enough experience with one to give me some feedback? If anybody knows, I'd also like to know the difference between the Ab Glider, Ab Glider Platinum, and Ab Glider Sport.

Thanks!!!
