Wow, that's great news. Congratulations! I struggle the most with protein and potassium, it seems I never quite get enough potassium....

I did my lower body and core strength training and was able to do a 3rd set of reps

I rode my bike to the gym, the grocery store, and back with a grand total of 6 miles

For the first time I stayed within all of my nutrition requirements with regards to calories, carbs, fat, protein, sodium, B12, and Calcium.
