Attitude does make an enormous difference and the things I say about myself and my attitude towards exercising has changed! I used to hate exercising but now I feel so great after I've exercised, that I'm actually starting to tell other people to exercise and to check SP out because, with God's help, it has changed my life!

Attitude, and perseverance. Oh boy, and when my attitude slips, I keep my eye on the goal. I can't be happy every minute...but I CAN be happy every day!

Very good advice! Today I finally broke below 103kg!!! I'm sooooo happy! It's taken about 2 months of up and down but I couldn't get below 103, now I've finally done it!! 102.5KG!!!

There are so many wonderful things to be thankful for! I think we focus so much on our mistakes and failures (as we see it) that we forget to count our blessings and to SING and DANCE! Living out our thankfulness and happiness makes us feel better but we don't give ourselves the grace of making mistakes without the lashes that we give ourselves! Today, I am going to focus on the good things in my life and be thankful and emoticon Dance!

What a great idea...one step back, two steps forward!!! I did it and immediately felt better.

I'm going to bed soon and I'm pretty sure won't fall asleep with wet eyes again tonight.

You know what? Just when I think I have a good grip on a good attitude...it can slip through my fingers in a moment. Guess that just proves I need more practise at thinking those positive thoughts!!!

Thanx 4 the welcome. Weigh-in today was a bit disappointing. Picked up a bit since last week, but I'm not going to let that get me down. I'm doing week 1 of the Rookie 5k again until I feel I can move on. Other than that, I hope that you all have a wonderful Friday! emoticon

Yes, there are many facets involved in our journeys towards loosing weight and becoming healthier. Our own attitudes are within our control. We just need to learn how to change those thoughts.

I read the article this morning on Attitude. It made me take a closer look at what I am REALLY thinking! My thoughts were not nearly so "winning" or should I say "losing" focused as I thought!!!
